If we have an email on file for you, you are already enrolled in paperless billing and will continue receiving your water bill via email at no cost. No action is needed unless you want to switch to paper billing or you'd like update other information, such as your email address or other contact details.

This form is only required if:

• You have been receiving paperless billing but want to switch to paper billing (which includes a $1 monthly fee).
• You have been receiving paper bills and want to switch to no-cost paperless billing.
  
• You'd like to update other information, such as your email address or other contact details.
